Can I add additional seats to my table?

Yes, you can add an additional seat to your order. However, you would need to reach out to our team to assist you. The cost of an additional seat depends on the event and your venue.

Do we need to purchase a full table of 4, 6, or 8 guests? What if we have a smaller group?

Yes, you will need to purchase a full table of 4, 6, or 8. In the unlikely event that we are not entirely sold out, we can accommodate smaller groups the night-of at the door. We do keep the right to sell those additional seats to fill your table. Reach out to Patti Miele Blue Ribbon Club or Courtney Schintzius regarding The Gallery and Wellington Club, if you have this request.

Am I able to purchase more than one table to an event?

Yes, you can purchase multiple tables for the same event.

You would just have to add the tables to your cart, one at a time. First, add your first table to the cart. Then go back and repeat the process.

 

How do the table assignments work? Can I choose my table?

Our team will assign your table for you. We guarantee that we will provide you with the best table available at the time of your purchase. Please check in with the hostesses at your venue, and they will show you to your table. Should you have special requests or other groups you’d like to try to sit near, please mention this in the comment box upon checkout and we will do our best to accommodate.

 

Where can I find my tickets?

Once you purchase your tickets, you can find them in your email. Optionally, check your spam folder. The tickets are attached as a PDF.

You can also find them in the Wellington International app or by the browser if you login to your Venue Manager account. Then you can find them under “My Tickets”.

 

What is your refund policy?

Tickets are nonrefundable and the event is rain or shine. In the unlikely event that the competition is canceled before the doors open on the day of the event, we will gladly issue a full refund.

 

Is there a children’s ticket price?

Yes, we do offer a children’s ticket price. The children’s ticket price is 50% off a regular ticket price. Please reach out to our team to process this request for you.

Can I transfer my tickets to a friend?

Yes, you can forward your tickets to a friend if you are unable to attend. The best way to do this is to forward them the tickets via email.  Keep in mind that the tickets can only be scanned in once per event!

 

Is parking included in my ticket?

Complimentary General Parking is included with your purchase for The Gallery on all available evenings. Once onsite, you can upgrade your pass to Valet for $10 with the parking attendants.

On Saturday, April 1st, The Blue Ribbon Club and The Wellington Club tickets will include Complimentary General Parking. Once onsite, you can upgrade your pass to Valet for $10 with the parking attendants.
